Are you relying on an antiquated control system to be the brains of your water treatment system?

While yesterday’s electromechanical controls comprised of push buttons, lights and chart recorders were the standard 30 to 40 years ago – controls technology has changed. Today’s programmable logic controllers and touch screen interfaces can greatly improve the operation of your water system and monitoring / troubleshooting ability.

Is your PLC hardware being discontinued by the manufacturer?

PLC manufacturers continue to launch new product lines making your existing hardware obsolete! In-time, replacement parts become hard to replace adding uptime risk to your water system. Don’t put your operations at risk with water system controls that are no longer supported by the manufacture.

Is your water control system not working to your expectations?

Graver supplies control system replacements to competitor water systems that are lacking in the functionality you need to operate efficiently.

WaterWorks Control Retrofits / Upgrades

WaterWorks®  is Graver’s industry proven Human Machine Interface (HMI) package that integrates an easy-to-navigate graphics control package with simple icons, easy to read process data, data logging / trending and the option for customized automatic reporting. Graver’s hardware designs consist of redundant systems that provide high reliability and is a PC-based HMI control system with proprietary PLC control algorithms that have been optimized with 65 years of water treatment experience. All operator actions are initiated through programmable function keys, the keyboard, or icons displayed by WaterWorks application. Graver WaterWorks® can interface with existing DCS (Distributed Control Systems) for seamless communication plant control room.

Graver Controls Philosophy

As an equipment manufacturer for more than 60 years, Graver has believed that optimum efficiency in wastewater treatment operations is possible only with optimum instrumentation and effective control systems. What is “optimum instrumentation?” Simply this. It is the combination of those devices best suited to control and monitor water treatment equipment as simply as possible, thus avoiding over-instrumentation. This is the concept of Graver’s, a single source of expertise, experience, and technology associated with the treatment of water.

Our professional team of engineers and designers can custom create a new or upgraded system, using either your preferred equipment suppliers or one of Graver’s proven, preferred major suppliers. Our skilled designers are experienced with most major PLC manufacturers and HMI Software suppliers and stay abreast of the latest technology. Our in-house design facilities include a fully equipped I&C Laboratory, where we perform functional checkout and factory acceptance testing.
